Today’s lecture

This morning’s lecture is People and Organisations, the lecturer generally introduced HR planning , she has explanted the HR planning, the HR planning identifies potential or likely problems with staffing, and not with the development of specific plans to recruit or develop the employees needed.

It’s very interesting that HR has to learn so many skills to taking care employees, the most important ability of HR manager is forecasting future. There are three technique of forecasting future, I’m quite enjoy knowing that how is HR working.

My seminar class experience

This week is my second week in the university, I’m more and more getting use to it, the big different between studying in university and the school I was in the past is that the in the university you have to taking care of yourself not like in other training school or middle school. In this seminar I met my group members, though we have picked H&M to be our research target, as it has bad online service and many of their customers complain about that. But the problem is that, through yesterday’s lecture, my group member asked the detail of our group work.  We understand that we need to interview someone as a staff in the company , unfortunately we don’t know anyone of H&M, so we have to change plans.

After our group discussion, we did some exercise of excel in the class.
