Today’s lecture This morning’s lecture is People and Organisations, the lecturer generally introduced HR planning , she has explanted the HR planning, the HR planning identifies potential or likely problems with staffing, and not with the development of specific plans to recruit or develop the employees needed. It’s very interesting that HR has to learn so many skills to taking care employees, the most important ability of HR manager is forecasting future.
